Performed in-office under local anesthesia with optional oral sedation. Sessions typically take 30–60 minutes per area. You'll be comfortable throughout and go home the same day.

Recovery
Mild swelling and tenderness for 2–3 days. A compression garment is worn for body areas. Most patients return to desk work within 2–3 days. Bruising typically resolves within 1–2 weeks.

Results
Early improvements visible at 6–8 weeks. Optimal results emerge at 3–6 months as collagen remodeling peaks. Continued refinement for up to 9–12 months post-treatment.

Common, Expected Side Effects
Swelling— Mild to moderate swelling in the treated area, typically resolving within 1–2 weeks.
Bruising— Some bruising around the access points is normal and fades within 1–2 weeks.
Tenderness or discomfort— Mild soreness in the treated area for several days, manageable with over-the-counter pain relief.
Temporary changes in sensation— A feeling of tightness, warmth, or altered sensitivity in the skin is common during healing and typically resolves on its own within weeks.
Small access point marks— Tiny entry points may be visible initially; these generally heal without noticeable scarring.
